Instead of just addressing your symptoms, at Stagg Performance PT our therapists begin with an in-depth, in-person assessment to identify the underlying cause of your issue. This may involve evaluating postural imbalances, movement patterns, muscle weaknesses, or lifestyle factors that are contributing to the problem. We also use tools like handheld dynamometry, functional movement screens, or posture/gait analysis to guide our decisions. In-person treatments like manual therapy or dry needling are used as needed to support the plan—not define it. If you are looking for more, with your total body and function in mind, we offer remote coaching with a separate program offered to get you back to your wholesome goals. We operate as an out-of-network provider– which means we do not bill insurance directly.

I have been working with Brianna for several years as my physical therapist.
