Recovery Sessions
During a Recovery Session, we specialize in helping active individuals, athletes, and busy professionals recover from pain, injury, and muscle dysfunction through targeted, evidence-based physical therapy. This is a 1-on-1 30 minute session to deliver our signature service: dry needling therapy, graston, cupping, etc performed by a licensed physical therapist, to offer fast relief for muscle tension, chronic pain, and movement limitations.
